Bill Swap

Born in NZ, educated in UK, served in British Army and worked in Commercial Training and Local Government whilst living in the UK.

Moved to Perth in February 2012 and intiaily qualified as a Pest Control Technician and working in Perth, Karatha and Singapore before completing a Property Management License at REIWA Subiaco.

Bills has real estate experience in both the UK (Owner, Landlord and Tenant) and Australia (Tenant and Property Manager).

Bill's aim will be to provide a professional service to both owners and tenants and to respond to their requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
